At the top floor of the condo-hotel you will have the opportunity to enjoy a resting and comfortable time, sun chairs and cocktail service are available while you getting tanned, not to mention the view over the garden and the near sea.

BBQ/Grill

You will have the possibility to use the huge grill/BBQ, positioned in the garden, anytime you want, as if you were at home. You will be preparing your meal surrounded by a magnificent exotic garden, plants and flowers of the tropic, having a refreshing drink while the fresh fish, bought directly from the fisherman the same day, is grilled.

Our bookings can be done via wire transfer (national and international, details available on request) and by credit/debit card through the Pay Pal service (Visa, Master card, Amex, Discover).

Terms of services, Duende del Mar

• Promotional tariffs are applicable to low and mid seasons.
• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs. - Checkout time: 12:00 hrs.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment (transfer or Pay Pal.
• Cancellation of the reservation to be done 15 days before the start date of the permanence; a 15% charge will be applied if cancellation has not been received with the above notice.
• Christmas season is subject to 100% booking fee in advance.
• *Cancellations will not be subject to re-found.
• Prices are not including value added tax (IVA), except for airport transfers.
• If invoice is needed a 12% will be added to the total amount.
• Cleaning of the premises every other day.
